Good to know
The questions clients ask most often, before and after installation.
- Care & sealing
- We seal every installation and provide a one-page care brief. Clean with pH-neutral soap, avoid acids, and reseal every 12–18 months in kitchens.
- What we supply vs. your contractor
- We supply, fabricate and install the stone. Your general contractor handles cabinetry, plumbing, electrical and adjacent finishes.
- What we do in-house
- Sourcing, templating, cutting, edge profiling, surface finishing and installation are all handled from our Cole Bay workshop — quality and scheduling stay under one roof.
- Repairs & rework
- We offer chip repair, repolishing and replacement after install. Annual maintenance visits are available across both sides of the island.
